Sonja (Steere) Gosse, Don Wood, Jackie (Ackerman) and Duane Wulf, and Nancy (Schmidt) Zetimaier contemplate converting Duane's wagon into a float.
The float begins to take shape while many, ahem, bystanders offer opinions and words of advice.
The weather was perfect as this leafy, sun-dappled picture attests. Gary and Linda Waldon's home provided a tony ambiance for the gathering as Sonja (Steere) Gosse smiles at the approach of an old friend.
Gary, Becky, Karl, and Don agreed that "No way!" 50 years have gone by.
The Class of 1962 is on board and moving out in the 69th position of about 100 floats.

Marilyn and Barb discuss cell phone apps while Becky and Lynn chat at the piano.
The traditional pyramid got done, although geriatrically, but by the looks on everybody's faces, it was fun. Our eyesight being what it is, we are confident that no one can see the chairs.
The Class of 1962 fifty years later. This picture was submitted by somebody with low pixels. If blown up any bigger, it gets blurry. If you have a picture of the class, please send to knutson(dot)karl(at)gmail.com. Thanks!!
